Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
