About the Role:
Nandail Property Management is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician in Melrose Park, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve HVAC issues in a timely manner
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation
• Relevant certifications and licenses
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
