  • Install and update building components
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Solve problems quickly and efficiently

What You Need:

  • Experience in maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable vehicle and good communication skills
  • Positive attitude and flexibility
