Responsibilities:

As a General Handyman at QuickFix Services LLC, you will be involved in a variety of maintenance tasks, helping us deliver high-quality work across multiple properties. Whether you specialize in a specific area or are skilled in various trades, we welcome your expertise. Your key responsibilities will include:

• General Maintenance: Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure functionality, safety, and client satisfaction for both residential and commercial properties.
• Plumbing: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing components.
• Electrical: Repair electrical systems, including light switches, outlets, circuit breakers, wiring, and other electrical fixtures.
• Carpentry: Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, shelving, and other carpentry-related tasks.
• Roofing & Gutters: Inspect, repair, and replace roofing materials and gutters to ensure proper drainage and protect properties from water damage.
• Tarping: Install temporary tarps during emergency repairs to protect properties from the elements.
• Flooring: Install, repair, or replace various types of flooring, including tile, hardwood, and vinyl.
• Cabinet & Concrete Work: Perform repairs or replacements of cabinets, concrete driveways, walkways, and patio areas.
• Painting & Power Washing: Paint interior and exterior surfaces and power wash outdoor areas to maintain the property’s aesthetic appeal.
• Masonry: Perform masonry repairs and installations, including brick, stone, and chimney work.
• Water Heater Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water heaters for optimal operation.
• Snow Removal & Landscaping: During winter months, clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and parking lots; maintain lawns, trim hedges, and ensure grounds are well-kept year-round.
• Winterization: Weatherproof doors, windows, and pipes to protect properties during colder months.
• Parking Lot & Grounds Maintenance: Maintain parking lots by patching, painting, and ensuring proper drainage.
