Nandail Property Management is seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician for multi-family residential properties. In this role, you’ll handle installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including various piping materials, leak detection, and eco-friendly fixtures.

Only individuals with valid U.S. driver's licenses are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair plumbing systems in multi-family homes.
• Work with materials like copper, PVC, and PEX.
• Detect leaks and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
• Clean drains and manage sewage backups.
• Review blueprints and ensure code compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience in plumbing or multifamily maintenance.
• Certifications are a plus (not required).
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and tools.
• Must be reliable and a team player.
