Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency with hand tools, electrical meters, and measuring devices.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and work independently.
• Strong communication, scheduling, and reporting skills.
• Experience in connecting motors, compressors, and ventilation systems.
• Leadership experience to mentor junior team members is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; EPA certification is a plus.
• 5 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
