Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Respond promptly to tenant repair requests
• Handle general property repairs and upkeep
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and ensure a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in property maintenance (preferred)
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
