Position Overview:

Nandail Property Management is seeking an experienced and dependable General Handyman to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties. The role involves executing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance duties with an emphasis on quality workmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
• Have to travel around 50 miles radius from home location
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in accordance with safety protocols
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing based on urgency while maintaining high standards of work quality
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistent property upkeep and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman, with expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
• Must have basic tools for work
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Ability to work independently, effectively managing time and meeting deadlines
• Must have own basic tools to perform maintenance and repair tasks
