Role Overview:
As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family buildings. You’ll work with a variety of materials, detect leaks, and ensure that plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair plumbing systems in multi-family residential properties.
• Work with piping materials such as copper, PVC, and PEX.
• Detect and resolve leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
• Clean drains and manage sewage backups.
• Review blueprints and ensure all work adheres to code requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing or multi-family property maintenance.
• Certifications are a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, personal vehicle, and own tools.
• Strong reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
