About the Role:
Nandail Property Management is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician in Middleburgh, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across our properties to ensure efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Ensure systems meet safety standards and regulations
• Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
• Relevant certifications and licenses
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
