Role Overview
As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family buildings. You'll work with various materials, detect leaks, and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and up to code.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair plumbing systems in multi-family homes
• Work with materials such as copper, PVC, and PEX pipes
• Identify and fix leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues
• Clean drains and handle sewage backups
• Review blueprints to ensure compliance with plumbing codes

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or multi-family property maintenance
• Certifications are a plus, but not required
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, personal vehicle, and your own tools
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
