What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to ensure they are working efficiently.
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Problem-Solving: Use your expertise to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work with a dedicated team to deliver top-notch service and ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical meters.
• Ability to read technical documents and follow work instructions.
• Strong communication skills for scheduling and interacting with customers.
• Knowledge of motors, compressors, and controls.
• Leadership skills to mentor junior team members.
• Ability to work independently when needed.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required).
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred, but not required).
• 5+ years of experience (preferred, but not required).
• Apprenticeship or military experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass background checks (if required) and drug tests.
