About the Role
Nandail Property Management is seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician to join our team in Greensburg, PA. You will be responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems across various properties
• Install and maintain piping systems (copper, PVC, PEX, etc.)
• Detect and fix leaks, including underground and external repairs
• Perform drain cleaning and resolve sewage backups
• Install eco-friendly plumbing fixtures
• Ensure compliance with building codes and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing or property maintenance
• Certification is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
• Must own necessary tools for the job
• Flexibility, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
