About the Role:

Nandail Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Tarentum, PA properties. In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general upkeep. You will respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Perform general maintenance tasks (painting, drywall, appliance repair)
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance or related experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
