Role Overview

As a Plumbing Technician, you will manage installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in multi-family buildings. You’ll work with various materials, address plumbing issues, and ensure systems are efficient and code-compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair plumbing systems in multi-family properties.
• Work with materials like copper, PVC, and PEX pipes.
• Detect and fix leaks, clogs, and other plumbing problems.
• Clean drains and address sewage backups.
• Interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with plumbing codes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in plumbing or multi-family property maintenance.
• Certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, personal vehicle, and your own tools.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
