Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform a variety of tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general property upkeep.
• Issue Resolution: Address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as needed.
• Workspace Organization: Maintain clean and organized workspaces across all properties.
• Problem-Solving: Use technical skills to identify and resolve maintenance challenges effectively.
• Tool Management: Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and functional.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A customer service mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred: Licensed technicians, as they may qualify for additional opportunities and higher pay.
