Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Snow Removal Specialist to join our team in Edinboro, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently removing snow and ice from residential and commercial properties using heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have expert-level snow removal skills and experience operating various snow removal equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy snow removal equipment (plows, blowers, etc.) to clear driveways, parking lots, walkways, and roads.
• Ensure timely and effective snow and ice removal during winter weather events.
• Maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and property damage.
• Respond to snow removal requests as needed and follow schedules.
• Perform minor maintenance on snow removal equipment.

Qualifications:

• Expert-level experience in snow removal.
• Must have personal snow removal equipment (plows, trucks, blowers, etc.).
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of snow removal tasks.
