About the Role:
Nandail Property Management is hiring a General Handyman in Cortland, NY. You’ll be responsible for general repairs and maintenance on our properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and upkeep (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete tasks on time
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous handyman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
