As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across various properties. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards. This is a 1099 position, providing flexibility in your work schedule while requiring a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Perform inspections of properties to identify repairs or maintenance needed.
Communicate effectively with property management.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean work environment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
